Niesenglass EU was originally established as the European branch of Niesenglass Switzerland GmbH. All activities previously operated under Niesenglass EU have now been transferred to the newly established independent company Glassmakers EU.

Glassmakers EU is now responsible for the development and manufacturing of our furnaces and equipment for glassmakers, as well as technical support, customer service, spare parts, training, and all related commercial activities within the European Union.

This new structure gives us greater flexibility and creates better conditions for future growth, faster product development, stronger technical support, and more efficient cooperation with customers, partners, universities, and suppliers across Europe.

Existing customers can be assured that all warranties, service commitments, and long-term support previously provided through Niesenglass EU continue without interruption under Glassmakers EU. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care remains unchanged.

Niesenglass Switzerland GmbH, the original parent company of Niesenglass EU, remains our principal strategic and technical partner. Its many years of glassmaking experience, technical expertise, and continuous support remain an essential part of our work.

Customers are also welcome to visit Niesenglass Switzerland GmbH, where our furnaces can be seen and tested in real working conditions. This provides an opportunity to experience the equipment in operation, discuss technical details with our team, and better understand the technology before making a decision.
